Exchanges and returns (30 days)

The buyer must contact relicsofnambishop@gmail.com attaching the necessary information before the deadline to make the return/refund.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The buyer is responsible for any loss in value (as agreed with the seller) if the item is not returned in its original condition

✦ In order to properly make your exchange or return, the product must be intact, with the original packaging and without any damage that did not exist.

The products excepted from returns are the following:

✦ Gift cards.

✦ Products purchased using gift cards.

Returns

Once your claim has been supervised and accepted, the return will be effective on the payment platform that was used when placing the order to be returned.

Changes

If you request the change, we will be happy to make the change as soon as possible.

If we do not have inventory of the requested product, we will make a full return of the order, including shipping costs. Please understand that this is a small business and we will not always have the same products.

Shipping

✦ All items come protected by a plastic envelope along with a small thank you card. All this packaged by shiny tissue paper and a thank you sticker.

✦ All shipments are ordinary shipments in an ecological semi-rigid envelope, not including any type of tracking or loss insurance. Once sent, I will not be able to take responsibility for errors made by the post office or because the shipment does not arrive, make sure you always provide the correct information.

✦ All dice sets have certified shipping, so you will get a tracking number for the package (Shipping costs included).

✦ Between 4 to 8 business days for Europe.
✦ Between 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. for the US and the rest of the world.
